Premiere Musical Kinky Boots

Another collaboration between Guest-One and Stage Entertainment for the premiere of Kinky Boots. Around 1,200 guests celebrated the German premiere at the Stage Operettenhaus in Hamburg on 03 December. In addition to numerous celebrities, pop icon Cindy Lauper also showed up on the red carpet. Cindy Lauper contributed the music and songs to the musical, which has also been running successfully on Broadway in New York since 2013.

For Guest-One, the collaboration on this project began with the design and production as well as the mailing of the high-quality invitations to the guests. For the registration, a responsive and ci-conform online registration was implemented in German and English. After registration, the guests received an electronic ticket via email incl.

For the seating of the guests in the theatre hall Guest-One set up a seating module and transferred the complete seating plan into the module. All guests could thus be quickly and easily dragged and dropped from the guest list to the appropriate seats. On site Guest-One then took over the check-in of the guests. By scanning the tickets, the 1,200 guests were checked in quickly and easily. The printing of the seating cards was done in real time, which made it possible to process the seating until shortly before the event.

The next premiere will be the musical Mary Poppins, which will again be managed by Guest-One.
