With Gothaer Versicherungs AG Guest-One is pleased about a new customer for its business software “Eventry”. The final decision was preceded by a long competition and preparation phase, in which Guest-One was ultimately able to prevail with its solution that had been established for years.

The implementation and provision of the customer-specific system as well as the training of the user team then took place in just three weeks after the order was placed. “Eventry” will initially be used for attendee management of a series of annual kick-off events, then as the year progresses, for internal training and employee events.

In addition to the pure system provision, Guest-One will also support Gothaer in the future with the implementation of the events on site – both with the appropriate technology and with personnel.
