The organizer of the Hessentag 2024 is the city of Fritzlar.
Project:
The Hessentag is an annual festive event of the state of Hessen. Within the framework of a usually ten-day event week from Friday to the Sunday after next, the organizing region presents itself to the visitors with a focus on cultural performances and exhibitions. The Hessentag is the oldest and, with over a million visitors, also the largest state festival in Germany.
Realization:
On behalf of the city and in close coordination and cooperation with the Hessentag coordinator MK Holding, Guest-One set up an applicant platform in the first step, through which interested cultural workers, tradesmen and volunteers can register for a participation in the Hessentag. The platform also serves as an information and communication tool in the further course of event planning.
