From May to September 2022, the paint and coatings specialist Brillux conducted a roadshow through a total of 25 branches throughout Germany. The aim was to finally meet customers in person again after more than two years of the pandemic and to present them with a range of new products and innovations.
Project:
The participant management was completely taken over by Guest-One on behalf of the executing stand builders Schendel & Pawlaczyk GmbH. The guests – craft businesses, construction companies as well as architects and property management companies – were invited by e-mail to the respective locations and were able to register themselves and their employees conveniently via a registration platform. The confirmation of registration, which was also sent by e-mail, contained personalized admission tickets for all registered persons as well as detailed event information and directions.
Realization:
The guests were then checked in electronically on site and received a name tag printed out “live”. The corresponding check-in stations were prepared by Guest-One and the technical service providers were trained in the structure and operation of the system in advance of the tour. The whole project did not require any additional on-site support from Guest-One.
Almost 9,000 guests accepted Brillux’s invitation and experienced an exciting and themed day in the participating branches.
