Aareon Congress 2017

Mainz-based Aareon AG is the leading consultancy and systems house in the European property sector. The three-day “Aareon Congress”, which traditionally takes place in May or June at the Kongresshaus in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, is an annual event highlight and one of the largest and most important meetings of the property sector.

As in previous years, GuestONE took over the entire participant management for the more than 1,000 participants and speakers in 2017, supporting Aareon AG directly as well as the supporting agency H&R Communications. Besides the implementation of an extensive online registration incl. Hotel management, GuestONE took over the check-in of the guests at the congress, the evening gala as well as at the workshops taking place. Another important part of the service was a graphical seating tool, which allowed a quick and easy placement of all guests at the galatas.
