Association GaLaBau NRW

Together with the agency jaeger + haeckerhase GmbH, Guest-One supervised the digital general meeting of the association GaLaBau NRW. The tried and tested combination of online participant management, the G1 livestream platform and the legally compliant implementation of elections and votes was also used in this project. In addition to the approximately 1,000 voting members, numerous guests of honour and representatives of the press were also invited to the event.

In the run-up to the event, numerous presentations, clips and introductory videos of the candidates standing for election were produced. Guest-One and its graphics team took over the entire implementation of organizational charts, belly bands for the speakers and various backgrounds – of course everything in the corporate design of the customer.
In order to get as close as possible to an exciting live format for the participants, various sets were set up in the old machine hall in Solingen in which the individual parts of the event were produced.

On site, Guest-One took over the management of the elections and votes as well as the handling of incoming questions and requests to speak in close coordination with the client.
