Fuit Logistica in Berlin is the leading international trade fair for the fruit trade with over 3,000 exhibitors from more than 80 countries. For many years Guest-One has supported the trade fair appearance of Greenyard Foods (formerly UNIVEG) with a web-based trade fair management system.

Greenyard Foods is a global supplier of fresh produce, which includes fruit and vegetables, flowers and plants, convenience products, and transportation and logistics services. The Belgium-based group is active in 27 countries and employs over 8,000 people worldwide.

With the specially developed trade fair management system Guest-One supports the registration, coordination and administration of the entire stand personnel. Each employee registers for the trade fair via the system and stores his or her individual profile in it. Hotel management and the booking of appointments and meeting rooms are also carried out via the tool. On site, the daily presence of the employees is recorded via RFID badges, the staff at the info counter also has a clear search and info mask to select contact persons desired by trade fair visitors and then inform them via SMS or Whats App about the (waiting) visitor.

The already long-standing cooperation has also already been confirmed for 2018.
