JUVE is a press publisher based in Cologne. The publisher reports on the legal, tax and patent market for law firms, consulting firms, companies, the judiciary and administration.
The publisher also organizes regular specialist conferences, networking events and award ceremonies. The highlight of the year is the presentation of the JUVE Awards.
Project:
Every year, the JUVE Awards recognize law firms or teams that have stood out as particularly dynamic due to their work and market position over the past twelve months. The awards ceremony takes place annually at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt, and will be held again on October 24, 2024.
Around 1,000 guests experienced a high-caliber award ceremony and a lavish party afterwards. Guest-One has been handling the invitation and registration management as well as guest accreditation on site since 2009, 15 years ago.
Realization:
Guests are invited via the publishing house itself and around 120 participating law firms, sponsors and partners, who each have defined ticket quotas. Each quota holder can register their guests via a specially set up coordinator portal and invite them by e-mail at the touch of a button. An online platform is then available for registration, which guests and their companions can use to easily register digitally.
Shortly before the event, all guests receive a personalized eTicket and further information about the event. Guest-One provided the necessary hardware for on-site use, consisting of check-in stations, scanners and badge printers, and provided two guest managers to install the technology and instruct the customer’s staff. The almost 1,000 guests were checked in without any problems in less than an hour – including live printing of the name badges.
