Introduction
For Dr. August Oetker KG, GuestONE once again implemented a comprehensive participant management system for the company’s annual group conference in Baden-Baden. From personalized online registration and hotel as well as quota management, to on-site check-in and post-event follow-up with a digital survey, we supported the event with the right software, hardware, and professional staff.

In 1891, Dr. August Oetker founded the family business by opening a pharmacy in Bielefeld. His first major breakthrough in baking? A ready-to-use baking powder formula that gave even inexperienced bakers the confidence to reliably create perfect cakes. More innovations quickly followed — such as vanilla sugar, wheat starch, flavorings, dessert mixes — and ultimately, the world-famous frozen pizza.
Project
Once again, GuestONE supported Dr. August Oetker KG in organizing the annual group conference. In addition to providing the registration software and assisting with the hotel booking process, GuestONE also supplied the necessary hardware and on-site staff for the check-in.
Implementation
Various lettershop documents, such as multilingual cover letters, were created by GuestONE with personalized special fields. In addition, a coordinator, hotel, and quota management system including room assignment was provided.
For the event, we supplied two laptops with card printers to ensure fast and seamless admission management. During check-in, guests received their name badges with magnetic holders. The entire process was coordinated by our on-site team – from setup and briefings to check-in.
After the event, a follow-up survey was conducted. An email was sent to all participants, allowing them to log into the frontend and answer questions there. The results were displayed in the backend.
