Virtual Works Council Meeting 2022

For the broadcast, GuestONE set up the proven livestream platform in the client’s corporate design and enabled password-protected access for all participants. Through an integrated question chat, participants could submit questions and statements to the meeting, which were then answered by the works council live in the stream.

The event consisted of two parts: a daytime event (1 accompanying adult & up to 4 children) from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and an evening event (1 accompanying adult) from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am. Participants were able to register in advance for only ONE of the two event parts. Registration was carried out by entering the membership number and date of birth, with both data points being cross-checked.

The link to the G1 registration page was accessed from an event information page where all details about the celebration were published.

In the frontend, various travel options were requested: ship, bus, car, or individual travel.
For the “ship” option, each slot (= shuttle boat departing from the Überseebrücke) had 300 available seats. Check-in took place both at the ship landing point and at Schuppen 52.

For the daytime event, three different wristbands were used (for children and adults), and for the evening event, one type of wristband (adults only).
