On behalf of the Düsseldorf lead agency jaeger + haeckerhase GmbH, GuestONE realized the participant management for an extraordinary business summit of Toyota Deutschland GmbH.
Project:
During a 6-day back-to-back event at Toyota’s headquarters in Cologne, employees, dealers and business partners were able to actively experience and learn about new mobility solutions for an emission-free and sustainable society.
Realization:
A participant management platform in the style of an app was set up for the registration of the guests. Optimized for use on mobile devices, participants were able to move quickly and intuitively through the registration process using “swipe technology.” The integration of video elements provided additional interaction. Stored contingents and category-dependent logics also ensured that all appointments were evenly booked.
For on-site accreditation, GuestONE provided sustainable badges and lanyards in addition to a web-based check-in application and the necessary hardware. The recording and documentation of test drives was also carried out via GuestONE’s software.
