We see it time and time again: even at big events, the crew is often the last thing to be thought of. We are now putting an end to this and planning the crew from the start via GuestHub. The process is simple: you send us your crew list and we do the rest. We program registration masks so that the individual crew members can register and add data before the event. The trade managers are given their own access to the system and thus have the necessary overview. So nothing can go wrong and you can look forward to your event with peace of mind.

You can rely 100% on Crew Control. In contrast to locally installed systems, we have online access to the system at all times. Should a problem occur, we can intervene immediately and provide remote support, maintenance and adjustments.
Crew Control runs with SSL encryption, in accordance with strict German data protection guidelines and exclusively with secure servers in German data centers. All access authorizations are additionally secured – it is absolutely guaranteed that only people who have authorization can attend your event.
