What features does eventry offer ?

User management

In the integrated user and rights management, system users with graduated authorizations can be created independently. Graduated authorizations (roles) can be assigned. These roles are assigned per user and per event.

Multilingualism

The online registration is available in German and English by default. Texts and content can be independently maintained via intuitive interfaces.

Layout in CD

For the online registration pages, graphic templates in your company’s corporate design are stored in the system and can be selected for each event simply "by clicking".

Event setup

New events can be created quickly and easily, existing events can be copied and edited at the touch of a button.

Data import "per click

Participant data is easily added to the event via Excel upload and can then be edited via the admin area.

Flexible data fields

Interactive selection of the desired data fields and queries per event. Different fields in case of cancellation, mandatory fields as well as fields editable by the guest can be defined "per click".

Mailings and PDF

Traceable mail sending directly from the tool. Mail templates in the customer’s corporate design are stored and can be selected for each event. The PDF module can also be used to provide personalized participant documents at the touch of a button.

Hotel management

Intelligent hotel management - hotels, room types and daily allotments can be created and managed. Hotel assignment is either on a guest or group basis.

Travel Management

Integrated trip management - trip types and routes incl. corresponding quotas can be created and managed.

Activities

Easy creation and management of activities and social programs incl. Contingents. Multiple booking options available for main and companion.

Check-in

Electronic registration of guests on site. Participant search via QR code scan or name search. Print name badges or personalized attendee materials directly from the system.

Feedback

Create and evaluate individual online surveys after an event. The survey can be anonymous or personalized. Evaluations are available as PDF reports.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides you with an overview of various figures related to your event. Here you get a quick overview of the registration status, contingent utilization, emails sent, etc. The dashboard is displayed first when you log in or activate another event.

Reachable online

eventry is set up under a customer-specific domain and is thus accessible via any current Internet browser. No installations or integrations are required on your end.

Privacy and security

Safety is a top priority for us. Because we know that customer data is sensitive data, the highest level of security must be ensured at this point in particular. Therefore, every eventry installation runs secured on a GuestONE server in one of the largest data centers in Germany and thus fulfills the requirements of the DSGVO.

By the way: Your data will not be kept permanently, but imported per event and deleted after the event. You alone decide which data is collected by simply configuring the registration form.

Costs and support

At eventry, we rely on a flexible and simple payment model for good reason. From practical experience, we know how diverse events can be in terms of size and frequency.
That’s why you can use our attendee management software with an advantageous licensing model – and without user restrictions. Instead of monthly fixed costs or fees per user, we work with a uniform event flat rate, which already includes our support.
Added to this are the operating costs for ongoing administration, domain and SSL certificate, and hosting in a German data center.
