Implementation of participant management

INTRODUCTION

The Bergische Expo registration portal not only handles and manages registrations, it also serves as an information platform for exhibitors. All important documents and forms are available for download there. Exhibitor fees are also invoiced automatically, and payments are posted quickly and easily in the backend.
GuestONE GmbH has been cooperating with the Bergisch Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Wuppertal Marketing GmbH for many years. GuestONE also handles participant management for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce’s annual New Year’s and summer receptions.

FRONTEND

Provision of a responsive online registration system in the event CD with the following functions for exhibitors:

• Open registration with defined master data and mandatory fields
• Selection or booking of a standard exhibitor package with optional extras
• Overview and confirmation page with security captcha
• Static information page (info & downloads) including download area with PDFs
• Confirmation email after successful registration
• Confirmation email including code for re-login and invoice for exhibitor package and booked extras
• Final confirmation email after receipt of payment including e-ticket with QR code / access authorization

BACKEND

Provision of a G1 admin area (backend) with the following functions:

• Standard features: guest list, search, lettershop, mailings
• Additional features: invoices, SMS messaging
• Payments exclusively by bank transfer
• Dashboard with registration status, industry statistics, overview of verified/unverified registrations, and change status of existing registrations

EVENT

• Registration and check-in of guests on site via smartphones
• Help desk at exhibitor registration

FOLLOW-UP

• Online questionnaire with evaluation in the backend (Excel) after the event
• Follow-up mailing to all exhibitors
