On behalf of the agency HABBE.live, we implemented the guest management as well as the accreditation for this high-profile project, which was held out under high security requirements.
Project:
Around 500 invited guests, including German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and several NRW ministers, gathered today for a ceremony in Castrop-Rauxel to celebrate the conversion and renaturation of the Emscher river. One of Germany’s largest transformation projects in the last 30 years and also one of the largest water management projects in Europe is nearing completion.
Realization:
A guest management platform based on the G1 GuestHub was set up for registrations and accreditation.
The platform and the entire participant communication were implemented in the customer’s corporate design. Due to the high security requirements, all registration data had to be checked in advance by the LKA. GuestONE was on site with two guest managers and ensured a smooth check-in of guests and crew.
