Pipeline opening ceremony "GWL future pipeline"

Guest-One set up a responsive registration portal in the client’s corporate design to register guests and collect the data required for a security check. Once the guest lists had been transferred, a digital invitation was sent by email with personalised access data for each guest. The online registration provided various registration options for different parts of the event and ensured that the necessary guest data was recorded in a structured manner. Due to the security requirements of the event, these were sent in advance to the responsible LKA for checking.

After approval by the authorities, the guests then received a confirmation email including tickets and further information about the event. Guest-One also took care of the on-site accreditation of the guests and supplied the corresponding check-in stations and name badges. Two guest managers took over the set-up and briefing of the additional hostesses and coordinated the check-in at the ceremony and the later evening event.
