Late Night Network
As part of ITB Berlin, Fraport AG hosted an exclusive evening event for customers and partners of Germany’s largest airport. The legendary GRACE Bar was the perfect place to round off a busy day at the trade fair with “Late Night Network.”
Laying of the Foundation stone for Terminal 3
One of Europe’s largest privately financed infrastructure projects celebrated its groundbreaking ceremony – the construction of Fraport AG’s new Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport.
Parliamentary evenings
The long-term goal of these events is to win over members of parliament and ministry staff for political and public projects, establish contacts between members of parliament and institutions, and improve the level of knowledge among those involved.

Late Night Network
For invitation and registration management, GuestONE set up a customized registration portal in the look and feel of Fraport AG and took care of the digital invitation of guests. After successful registration via the platform, all guests received an email confirmation including e-tickets. A self-service option for the customer rounded off the GuestONE service package.
Laying of the Foundation stone of Terminal 3
GuestONE initially took care of the postal invitation management for this project and then provided a bilingual online registration system in Fraport AG’s corporate design for guest registration. For the accreditation of the approximately 750 invited guests on site, GuestONE set up appropriate check-in stations and badge printers and ensured that everything ran smoothly with two project managers – within an hour, all guests were checked in at just four stations and received their name badges.
Parliamentary evenings
GuestONE provides an online platform for registration, which guests and their companions can use to easily register digitally. Shortly before the event, all guests receive a personalized e-ticket and further information about the event. GuestONE provided the necessary hardware for on-site use.
Fraport AG is one of GuestONE GmbH’s longest-standing customers. Beginning in 2011 with the celebrations for the opening of the third runway, the successful collaboration continues to this day.
