Since 2014, Guest-One has provided Fraport AG with guest management services for numerous events. The spectrum ranges from the opening of the third runway with over 100,000 visitors to customer and employee events to high-profile political events such as the Parliamentary Evening.
For the invitation and registration management, Guest-One set up a customised registration portal in the “look and feel” of Fraport AG and took over the digital invitation of the guests. After successful registration via the platform, all guests received an e-mail confirmation including eTickets. A check-in application that could be operated by the customer rounded off Guest-One’s service package.
