German Tennis Federation DTB

At the end of January, Guest-One supported the delegates’ assembly of the DTB with a legally secure online voting system. The elections were of particular importance this year, as the delegates of the national associations also had to elect a new president during the event.

After intensive consultations and preparations as well as legal checks, the relevant resolutions and elections were set up in the system by Guest-One and each delegate was sent his personal election token. Individual voting weights of the individual associations had to be taken into account here.

The meeting itself, as well as two upstream committee meetings, was held by video conference. A conference room was set up for this purpose at the Association’s headquarters in Hamburg, where the Presidium was also present. Guest-One supervised the elections of the committee meetings and the general meeting with a project manager on site and thus ensured a smooth and legally compliant execution of the elections and votes.
