HYDAC International GmbH is a group of companies specialising in the manufacture and sale of components and systems in the field of hydraulics/fluid technology and electronic control technology. Fifteen independent individual companies with a total of around 9,500 employees operate under the HYDAC brand.
Project:
At the end of June 2023, a large staff party took place in the event location “Alte Schmelz” in St. Ingbert in Saarland, to which GuestONE contributed the entire participant management. Of the approximately 5,000 employees invited by post and e-mail, around 2,500 followed the link to a comfortable online registration in the look and feel of the client. In addition to the employees themselves, other family members could be registered quickly and easily online and subsequently received a confirmation including personalised admission tickets by e-mail.
Realization:
On site, two guest managers from GuestONE ensured fast admission including live badge printing for all visitors. For this purpose, sustainable carrier cards were pre-produced in the event design and stuck with personalised labels on site, which were printed when the guests arrived. The matching lanyards were also designed and produced by GuestONE.
