On behalf of the lead agency AVANTGARDE in Munich, Guest-One took over the entire participant management for the IQOS Next Level Event. More than 2,000 guests in seven German cities took part in the event series, which was implemented as a roadshow.
For the registration of the guests and their escorts, a CI- and DSGVO-compliant registration platform was provided within a very short time. The registration took place in a few intuitive steps, the automatically sent registration confirmation directly contained the tickets for all registered participants.
To ensure that the various area and sales managers of Philip Morris were always aware of the registration status, a so-called coordinator area was also set up. In this area, the current registration figures were available in real time according to the assigned sales areas.
For the registration of guests on site, Guest-One set up a digital check-in application and provided the necessary hardware for ticket scanning and live printing of name badges. Guest-One also supervised the first event on site and instructed the employees in the technology. For the remaining six venues, the client then took over the supervision of the check-in stations independently.
