Ivoclar Vivadent AG, headquartered in Liechtenstein, is an internationally active company in the dental industry that manufactures products and product systems for dentists and dental technicians and distributes them in more than 130 countries.
Project:
As part of the company’s 100th anniversary, the Ivoclar Family Day was held at the company’s headquarters in June. More than 3,000 employees and their families accepted the invitation and experienced an eventful day with many attractions. The new main building was also opened as part of the family celebration. The modern administration, visitor and training centre covers 16.350 square metres and could be viewed by visitors for the first time on this day.
Realization:
To register for the anniversary event, Guest-One provided a bilingual online platform through which employees and their family members could easily register. Guided tours of the new main building were offered throughout the day, which could also be booked via the online registration. After registering, all guests received their personalised tickets with QR code by e-mail.
Guest-One also organised the accreditation on site with three guest managers. At a total of three entrances to the factory premises, the guests’ tickets were registered using smartphones and admission wristbands were issued. Guests without tickets and on-site registrations were helped quickly and easily at corresponding helpdesk stations. The digital check-in enabled smooth access for over 3,000 guests without any queues and also a real-time overview of the people present.
