In cooperation with the agency Eventives from Braunschweig, Guest-One realized the participant management for a total of three exclusive customer events of the tool manufacturer “Milwaukee Tools”.
The company, which is part of the international TTI Group, presented innovative product news to its customers in 1.5 days at its own training centre near Stuttgart, complemented in each case by a high-class evening event.
The postal invitation was sent directly by Milwaukee, but was supplemented by an additional mailing from Guest-One, which contained a link to the online registration as well as personal access data. The online registration was implemented by Guest One in Milwaukee’s corporate design and enabled participants to register easily and quickly – thanks to responsive implementation, of course, also via mobile devices. With the confirmation all guests received an eTicket incl. QR code, which was used on site for check-in.
