NTT DATA Business Solutions AG is an IT service provider in the SAP environment with its headquarters in the East Westphalian city of Bielefeld in North Rhine-Westphalia. The company is a subsidiary of NTT DATA.
Project:
Guest-One took over the guest management for a large employee event for the Bielefeld IT specialist and SAP partner NTT DATA Business Solutions. Under the motto “Together Now”, around 1,000 employees came together for a kick-off event in the Lokhalle in Bielefeld in March 2023.
Realization:
In addition to the digital invitation management and the accreditation of the participants on site, Guest-One set up a responsive registration platform in the corporate design of NTT DATA for the registration of the participants. The platform enabled various registration options for differentiated groups of participants via personalised login codes. In addition, hotel capacities and bus routes for some of the guests could be managed and assigned in the backend.
On the day of the event, two Guest-One guest managers were responsible for setting up a total of 8 check-in stations with scanners and bathroom printers as well as for the smooth admission of the guests.
