Seating, Helpdesk and Co.
The electronic event check-in is part of the GuestHub system. That’s why you benefit from the services of all flanking modules for your event. Your event requires placement of all or defined groups of guests? No problem, via the Seating module you can already assign your guests their seats during registration. The final seat will be assigned and communicated to the guest only at the check-in on site. This allows you to dynamically respond to cancellations or other schedule changes up to the last minute and re-seat guests.
For a flexible helpdesk, all guest data is of course available in the admin area at the push of a button. Name changes, additional accompanying persons or changes in hotel bookings can be made in the system at any time. Would you like SMS or email notification to customer service representatives when certain guests arrive? This is also not a problem!
