Events, trade fairs and congresses serve, among other things, to enable people to meet live and in person, to exchange ideas, to network and to make new contacts. A classic and no less important today: the name tag – often also called a “badge”.
As a full-service provider, our design team naturally offers you comprehensive advice and a wide range of implementation options.

The name tag has the name on it – that’s why it’s called that 😉. But the nameplate can do much more. It is a design element, security feature and information medium in one. It goes without saying that we also adhere to your design specifications when designing and producing badges. Key visuals or the motto of the event are included in the design, as are house fonts and color schemes.
Personalization is done flexibly directly from our GuestHub system. With what elements and information to print the sign, you decide. In addition to the name and company of the guest, information on the seat, booked workshops or assigned hotel can also be imprinted. Do you want to divide your participants into different groups? This can also be done in an uncomplicated way via color coding or group-specific icons. Are your participants allowed to use public transport free of charge during the event? No problem – we design the back of the name tag as a corresponding ticket!
For events with high security requirements, we produce especially forgery-proof badges. Whether holograms, special coatings or integrated NFC tags – we produce in-house and have also been working with specialized suppliers for years. Of course, we also supply you with the matching accessories such as lanyards, wristbands or magnetic holders.
The topic of “sustainability” is also becoming increasingly important in the event context.
We can produce your name badges in different materials. For example, in addition to various paper carrier cards that are labeled using stickers, the popular check cards are now also available made from biomass or recycled PET bottles.
