What are the features of our event registration tool?
Each online application is designed, configured and set up specifically for the customer and project. Thus, only the data that is also necessary for the organization of the event is collected. Depending on the event format and customer requirements, we can implement different registration variants:
The open registration or also initiative registration – here only the link to the registration is communicated via various channels and the interested parties initially register via an appropriate registration form.
The closed registration – here the data of the invited guests are stored in the system in advance and each guest is provided with the link and a personal access code with the registration. After logging in, the data already stored is displayed and can be edited or supplemented if desired. Category-dependent variants can also be implemented via the access code. By logging in, the system recognizes the deposited guest category and can then redirect to different registration forms with different queries and options.
Both registration variants can of course also be combined with each other. Should the application be corrected or edited later? No problem – via the access code your guests have the possibility to edit their registration at any time until the registration deadline. This saves queries by mail or telephone and significantly reduces internal effort and support.
