With our individually created and responsive online registrations, we can implement any event format and requirement. The whole thing, of course, in your corporate design and, if desired, in different languages.

This is how event registration works today!

With digital invitation management, your guests receive a link and a personal access code to their event-related registration portal. Via the online registration, we not only record the acceptance or cancellation of the invited guests, but also other planning-relevant data – of course, all within the framework of the DSGVO! Should an accompanying person be registered, is hotel accommodation required or should the guest select certain workshops or program parts? As part of the online registration process, all this information and data is recorded in a structured manner and stored in the system. At the end of the registration there is an automatic registration confirmation by e-mail, which again summarizes all the information provided for the guest.

What are the features of our event registration tool?

Each online application is designed, configured and set up specifically for the customer and project. Thus, only the data that is also necessary for the organization of the event is collected. Depending on the event format and customer requirements, we can implement different registration variants:

The open registration or also initiative registration – here only the link to the registration is communicated via various channels and the interested parties initially register via an appropriate registration form.

The closed registration – here the data of the invited guests are stored in the system in advance and each guest is provided with the link and a personal access code with the registration. After logging in, the data already stored is displayed and can be edited or supplemented if desired. Category-dependent variants can also be implemented via the access code. By logging in, the system recognizes the deposited guest category and can then redirect to different registration forms with different queries and options.

Both registration variants can of course also be combined with each other. Should the application be corrected or edited later? No problem – via the access code your guests have the possibility to edit their registration at any time until the registration deadline. This saves queries by mail or telephone and significantly reduces internal effort and support.

The event website

Our online registration not only serves to register the guests, but is also the information portal to get the guests in the best possible mood for the event and to provide them with all relevant information.

In addition to the registration form, we will set up all the necessary information pages for you. Whether hotel overviews, program schedule, workshops or directions – your guests will find all important information clearly arranged and at a glance – if desired, we also integrate videos and documents for download.

Even after the event, the online registration offers the possibility to stay in contact with the guests. We are happy to integrate feedback surveys or a picture gallery into the event website and send out appropriate mailings after the event.

The administration backend – all information in real time

So that you are always up to date in the planning and preparation of your event, we set up access to our admin area for all persons involved with the organization. All important registration figures, information and guest data are available here in real time. Clear dashboards, statistics and reporting provide a quick daily overview and thus create security and transparency.

In a short online tutorial, we will also show you how to edit guest data yourself, add new guests or even send mailings. Of course, our project management will support you with all questions throughout the entire course of the project.
