For example, there is a separate app for the transfer manager, which clearly lists all arrivals and departures per day and thus enables on-time and individual shuttle planning.
The “Travel Organization” module is also linked to the PDF Lettershop within the GuestHub backend. Personalized travel plans, tickets and other personal documents can be generated at the touch of a button and either sent directly by e-mail or printed out easily. Excel lists and serial letters are now a thing of the past.
A holistic view and implementation of travel management also pays off in terms of sustainability. For example, the organizer ticket of Deutsche Bahn can be easily integrated into the online registration. With the event ticket from Deutsche Bahn, participants travel on local and long-distance trains with 100 percent green electricity and thus CO2-free. This will sustainably reduce the event’s CO2 emissions.
