Reference projects

As part of the company's 100th anniversary, the Ivoclar Family Day was held at the company's headquarters in June. More than 3,000 employees and their families accepted the invitation and experienced an eventful day with many attractions. The new main building was also opened as part of the family celebration. The modern administration, visitor and training centre covers 16.350 square metres and could be viewed by visitors for the first time on this day.

Guest-One took over the guest management for a large employee event for the Bielefeld IT specialist and SAP partner NTT DATA Business Solutions. Under the motto "Together Now", around 1,000 employees came together for a kick-off event in the Lokhalle in Bielefeld in March 2023.

A staff party was to be held at three locations at the same time. Since sustainability is a top priority in the company, the arrivals of employees based in different regions should be planned and implemented as efficiently as possible.

After already two virtual representative meetings, which were also conducted with Guest-One, the 2022 works meeting of the “Allgemeine Deutsche Schiffszimmerer-Genossenschaft eG” also took place as an online format due to corona.

Great events cast their shadows ahead and so Guest-One is already working on projects for the year 2024.

Together with the agency jaeger + haeckerhase GmbH, Guest-One supervised the digital general meeting of the association GaLaBau NRW. The tried and tested combination of online participant management, the G1 livestream platform and the legally compliant implementation of elections and votes was also used in this project. In addition to the approximately 1,000 voting members, numerous guests of honour and representatives of the press were also invited to the event.

At the end of April Guest-One had the pleasure to support the leading association DIE FAMILIENUNTERNEHMER at its online general meeting in the BOLLE Festsäle in Berlin.
