Annual kick-off events Zurich and Gothaer Versicherungen

In January, Guest-One took over the accreditation and on-site support of the annual kick-off events (JATs) for two insurance companies.

For Zurich Insurance and around 1,200 participants, the event was held at the Estrel Hotel in Berlin. Guests were quickly and conveniently registered at 12 check-in stations and received “live” printouts of their name badges.

The Gothaer Versicherung JATs took place as part of a roadshow. In Mainz, Cologne, Berlin and Hirschaid, around 500 participants each came together for the one-day conferences. Guest-One also provided the necessary check-in technology and supervised the events with two guest managers each.

Both insurance companies use Guest-One’s “Eventry” licensing software for event and participant management and work independently with the system throughout the year. Upon request, Guest-One supports its Eventry customers with additional services such as the production of badges or the support of events with hardware and personnel.
