CCW is the leading European event for the customer service and contact center sector. More than 8,000 visitors and 260 exhibitors from over 20 countries came to the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin from 20-23 February to find out about the “customer dialogue of the future”. Guest-One was, as in 2016, responsible for the entire guest management of the event.
On behalf of the organizer “Management Circle” Guest-One provided a multilingual online platform for visitor registration in advance and ticketing. On site Guest-One ensured a smooth accreditation of the guests and provided 20 check-in stations as well as 10 self-service terminals. The further registration of guests at various workshop and additional event areas was done via smartphones with a specially configured app.
Also new in the range of services was a leader recording system, which exhibitors could use to record the badges of their stand visitors. Smartphones were also used for this purpose, and each exhibitor received a corresponding report of their trade fair contacts afterwards.
The collaboration between Management Circle and Guest-One has been extended for another two years for 2018 and 2019.
