At the beginning of March, Guest-One realised the exclusive German premiere of the musical TINA at the Stage Operettenhaus in Hamburg for its long-standing client Stage Entertainment. As with almost all major premieres and revivals of the past years, Guest-One was responsible for the entire participant handling of the event – of course in close coordination and cooperation with the project team of Stage Entertainment.
The scope of services included in particular the complete design and production as well as the packaging and dispatch of the high-quality postal invitation mailing by the graphics team of Guest-One. For the registration a bilingual registration website was implemented, which enabled a contemporary and comfortable registration of the guests and their companions. A special feature of these premiere events is seat-specific seating for all guests. Guest-One graphically reconstructed the entire seating plan of the theater in the administration area of the system and enabled a quick placement of all guests via an integrated seating module.
In order not to keep the approximately 1,200 invited guests waiting long on site, the check-in was also carried out via an electronic system from Guest-One. By scanning the eTickets that all guests had received with the registration confirmation, the guests were registered and checked in. Stickers with the seat information were then printed out automatically in a matter of seconds, which were then stuck onto pre-printed seat cards. This approach makes it possible to react to changes or “reallocations” at short notice. In just one hour, all 1,200 guests had taken their seats in the theatre and were able to enjoy the premiere evening.
