Deutsche Börse AG’s annual kick-off in Eschborn has a long tradition. In 2020, as in previous years, GuestONE has been entrusted with the invitation and participant management of the high-profile event.

The registration of the guests took place via a specially set up bilingual online portal. The accreditation of the guests as well as the media representatives on site took place under high security requirements at stations provided by GuestONE.

Already one week before GuestONE was in action at the “Global Funding and Financing (GFF) Summit 2020” in Luxembourg. This event was handled by GuestONE’s “Eventry” software, which has been in use at Deutsche Börse AG for years. GuestONE supported the check-in of the guests over two days with the necessary technology as well as a guest manager.
