The organizer of the Hessentag 2024 is the city of Fritzlar.
Project:
The Hessentag is an annual festive event of the state of Hessen. Within the framework of a usually ten-day event week from Friday to the Sunday after next, the organizing region presents itself to the visitors with a focus on cultural performances and exhibitions. The Hessentag is the oldest and, with over a million visitors, also the largest state festival in Germany.
Realization:
On behalf of the city and in close coordination and cooperation with the Hessentag coordinator MK Holding, GuestONE set up an applicant platform in the first step, through which interested cultural workers, tradesmen and volunteers can register for a participation in the Hessentag. The platform also serves as an information and communication tool in the further course of event planning.
