Project:
The AVANTGARDE agency group with its various locations and Guest-One have been working together successfully for many years. For the first time, a project has now been implemented with the Vienna branch – the Jaguar Land Rover House of Defender.
Realization:
For the two-week B-to-C event in Vienna, at which the new Land Rover Defender was presented to customers, Guest-One took over the entire invitation and participant management. In addition to the Land Rover dealers, various brand partners also had to be involved, who had their own invitation contingents for guests for the individual events.
“The centrepiece was a comprehensive online portal, which guests and their companions could use to register for the events. A so-called coordinator area was set up for retailers and brand partners, which they could use to manage their own quotas and invite their own guests. Guests received their personalised tickets by email with their registration confirmation.
On-site accreditation including fast badge printing and a test drive management system at selected events rounded off the scope of services provided by Guest-One.
