Not with the participants but with the speakers Guest-One dealt with the project “meConvention” on behalf of Daimler AG. The annual conference is a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and South by Southwest (SXSW) and took place from September 11 to 13, 2019, as part of the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt.

Guest-One developed an English-speaking speaker portal for this purpose, through which the invited speakers could specify their travel, hotel and transfer requirements. The backend was then used to store the trips booked by the tour operator with the guests and upload the corresponding travel documents and tickets. As the speakers were invited to the conference from all parts of the world and had sometimes complex travel routes, a certain dynamic developed over the registration process with regard to changes and rebookings of travel and hotels.

Guest-One provided support throughout the entire registration process with a dedicated telephone hotline and email support, thus ensuring optimal speaker support. Guest-One also ensured a quick accreditation of the speakers in a total of three hotels.
