Guest-One develops superior seminar management

The quick-mix group with its headquarters in Osnabrück is an international supplier of sustainable system building materials in premium quality. Under the brands quick-mix, SCHWENK Putztechnik and tubag, ready-mixed dry mortars and construction chemical products for masonry, facades and interiors, tiles and flooring as well as for garden, landscape and road construction are developed, produced and marketed.

For the various users, quick-mix is offering a series of over 30 specialist seminars in 2017, which will be held throughout Germany. For the registration to these and future seminars, Guest-One developed a web-based seminar administration and also took over the invitation dispatch to the approximately 50,000 customers.

The registration platform offers corporate customers an uncomplicated booking option for individual events for any number of participants. Also part of the platform, is the automatic invoice dispatch after registration as well as the entire payment booking in the admin area. For the registration of guests on site, Guest-One provides a check-in application that enables the production of name badges and certificates of participation at the push of a button in addition to registration.

Parallel to the superordinate seminar management, Guest-One developed an individual project solution for the participant handling of a customer event within the scope of BAU 2017.
