On behalf of the lead agency insglück and its Hamburg office, the Wuppertal-based company took on responsibility for participant management for the “SAP Customer Success Kick-Off Germany 2024” – CKOM for short.
Realization:
Guest-One kicked off the 2024 event year with a very last-minute but exciting project.
The two-day conference, to which employees, customers and partners were invited, took place in January at the World Conference Centre in Bonn. Shortly before Christmas, a corresponding online portal was set up for participant registration and guests were invited by email.
The registration frontend, which was optimised for mobile devices, provided slightly different registration options for the various guest categories. In addition to guest data and acceptances and cancellations, partner vouchers, hotel allotments and bookings were also managed in the administration backend.
To enable guests to check in quickly on site, an eTicket with a QR code was sent to guests with the registration confirmation.

On-site registration and the automatic printing of environmentally friendly name badges were carried out using FastLane self-check-in terminals. Guest-One provided an API interface for this purpose, which ensured smooth and automated data transfer to FastLane.
