Many customers appreciate Guest-One’s fast implementation speed, even for complex projects. This was also the case for the Stuttgart agency “zet:project”, which commissioned Guest-One with the implementation of the participant management for two events of its client smart within the framework of the IAA in Munich.
Project:
In just two weeks, the task was to set up an online portal that enabled registration for two different event formats. Selected press representatives had the opportunity to register for various very exclusive sneak previews of the new smart #3 – travel organisation and hotel booking included. In addition, on the evening before the official opening of the fair, there was a big anniversary party under the motto “Let’s celebrate 25 years of smart” at the Filmcasino on Odeonsplatz, to which around 500 guests were invited.
Realization:
In addition to the implementation of the online registration, which was able to map the various registration options of the different guest categories in one platform, Guest-One also took over the accreditation of the party guests on site. A travel agency was also integrated into the platform for booking air and rail travel. The production of badges, lanyards and wristbands rounded off Guest-One’s range of services.
