150 years TÜV Rheinland

With – as is usual at the moment – quite sporty timing, TÜV Rheinland approached us as part of its 150th anniversary in July 2022.
Project:
A staff party was to be held simultaneously on September 15, 2022 in Cologne, Nuremberg and Berlin. Since sustainability is a top priority in the company, the journeys of employees from different regions to the three event locations should be planned and implemented as efficiently as possible.
Realization:
G1 provided a tailor-made online registration for this purpose, managed the accompanying event hotline by telephone and e-mail and, in addition to various travel options, also integrated the “green” event ticket from Deutsche Bahn. For quick accreditation in the three cities, a total of 5 guest managers with supporting hostesses were on site and used the G1 smartphone check-in.
