On the day of the event, the guest logs into the streaming room and can thus participate in the virtual meeting. Participants can exercise their right to speak or ask questions in the meeting via a question chat or by video link. From the streaming room, he can also reach the online voting booth and cast his votes there. A combination with a postal vote or an upstream legally secure online vote is of course possible.
The features of our Livestream platform:
The livestream platform is a secure landing page, hosted in a German data center (DSGVO), with integrated video player with embedded streaming signal, adapted to the customer design. Personalized login codes will be sent in advance to all participants by mail or post. There is also the possibility to set various disclaimers and queries on data protection, as well as to place test videos of the event in advance.
