There are many classic ticketing systems on the market. The process that these systems map is usually identical – one or more tickets are selected, placed in a shopping cart, and then purchased. Payment can be made by invoice, credit card or PayPal, after which the customer receives his tickets by mail or as a “print at home” variant.

All common payment methods can be implemented in the registration process, and invoices are sent automatically by e-mail after booking. As with all Guest-One services, the online platform, e-mails and all documents are fully implemented in our customers’ corporate design. The hosting of our applications is done DSGVO compliant in one of the largest German data centers.
